Flying Infant with ventricular shunt (hydrocephalus)
My son has born at 25 weeks and required a ventricual shunt to relieve the pressure of CSF fluid from his brain.

This took place in Spain and now at the age of 35 weeks (breathing only with nasal cannula min FiO2 & oxygen, bottle feeding, and is doing well) he will be medivac back to the US but not before going through 3 different flights to get to his final destination. Each destination will have a neonatal team awaiting to make sure he is stable, but that is not my only concern.

Can someone tell me if the multiple plane rides will affect his shunt or the pressure in his head?
