HIV

My daughter was in the woods playing. She found an insulin syringe.  she took off the cap. When she put the cap back on, the needle bent and went into her finger.  She also scraped her hand. It bleed.  We washed it with antibacterial soap, perioxide and I wiped her hand with a Clorox wipe.  We went immediately to the dr. they tested her for Hep B & C and HIV.  The tests came back negative and we need to retest in 3 months.  What are the chances she will contract HIV?  Three months is so long to wait!
