Hard lump on 4yr old boy's chest

I have discovered a Very large lump on my son's chest.  mind you he is only 4yrs old.  there is no bruise and he didn't hit his chest or anything. I made an appointment with his pediatrician for this Thursday, however like all other parents I have freaked myself out via the internet.... Is there anything other than breast cancer it could be?

It could just be a cyst or a calcium deposit. Don't freak out about it. My sister had a large bump on her knee and it was a calcium deposit. Just basically an overgrowth of calcium and they're actually very common.
Don't stress until you know what it is!
