Hidden Penis??? - 3 month old

So I got my baby circumsized,he's a little over 3 months old now,  but in the last few weeks its starting to look really odd down there. Like he has way too much skin and it covers the whole head of his penis. I didn't worry about it but now i'm really starting to get stressed because its like theres no penis at all now. I have to pull the skin back from it and then you see the head pop out. Like even when he pees you don't even see the head of it.
Has anyone else heard of something like this?
