I need advice about my daughter (possible hypopituitarism)

My daughters Pediatrician noticed my daughter was not growing at all from 18 months - 24 months. She recommended we go to a Pediatric Endocrinologist.

One I went to see was very rude, that is why I stopped going to him. He wanted to start my daughter on growth hormone and said she had hypopituitarism.

The other I went to says nothing is wrong with my daughter , she is just going to be short like me ( I am 5 foot )

Here are my daughters blood work results:

First blood draw 8/18/2009
Urea nitrogen 21 reference range: 3-14
bun/creatinine ratio 68 reference range: 6-22
Albumin/globulin ration 2.7 reference range: 1.0-2.1
IGF-I 46 reference range: 99-254
MCV: 87.5 reference range: 70.0-86.0
Absolute monocytes 1179 reference range: 200-1000
T4 free: 0.8 reference range: 0.9-1.6
All other thyroid tests were normal.

Second blood draw 8/27/2009
urea nitrogen: 16 reference range: 3-14
bun/creatinine ratio 48 reference range: 6-22
Carbon dioxide 18 reference range: 21-33
calcium 10.7 reference range: 8.5-10.6
Her ACTH was 30 but they couldn't flag it for a child normal for an adult female is 5-27
IGF-I 68 reference range: 99-254
FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) 0.34 reference range: 0.50-4.50
Estradiol 4
Estrone: 33 pg/ml
Cortisol 7.7 specimen collect at 11am
This doctor did a T4  direct and it came out:  2.0 reference range: 0.8-2.0

An MRI of the brain was done and her pituitary gland is normal. She does have a pineal region cyst.

Bone age was same as real age.

I am really concerned with the thyroid ranges. I think at a 2.0 it should be looked at often. It has not been checked since August. How often should it be looked at?

I just do not understand how a few of her hormones created by the pituitary gland are low and the second doctor is not considering her having hypopituitarism.

Any advice will he helpful

Thank you :)
