I not sure if I have to take synthroid

I went to my endo and he prescribe me with synthroid .25 because he said i have Hashimotos tiroiditis
my level are
T4 total 7.2
TSH 3rd generation 5.263
T3 uptake 31.72
FTI 2.30
but my Thyroglobulin antibodies are at 123.1
Should i be drinking synthriod .25 if my tsh is normal. please let me know and feel a relieve . Thank you
