Imperforate Anus

my gf had imperforate anus and she had a successful surgery but now she is 21 years of age and continously she is having problems of constipation and loose motions please help in this regard??

Constipation with this condition is common. Changing the diet and getting enough fiber can help. Though if these problems are on-going and do not change, she should see her doctor. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be problems later in life, and she may need another surgery. good luck.
