Infant seizures

My 1yr old grand daughter has seizures. She doesn't crawl, pull up, sit up or hold her bottle. Her hands are usually balled up. She was 6-weeks premature. She recently started to roll over. She stares off into space sometimes. She's turned blue during seizures. The doctors are unable to explain? We need help and information!
