Is my 15 year old daughter done growing?

My daughter (almost 16 years old) is only 5'1. A few months ago, we had an xray done of her hands, and it said her growth plates were closed. Does that mean she is the height she is? She really would like to grown a couple more inches. I am 5'2 and her dad is 5'11. She went through puberty early (she got her first period when she was 10), but she doesn't have much breast developmentat all (she wears a 32 A and that's still a little big on her). Also, she hasn't had her period in almost a year now. She has been tested for fibroids, PCOS, and pituitary tumor. I am concerned that the doctors are missing something. They tested her thyroid and that came back normal as well. What could be going on?

well that seems okay for her height..I ask that as many girls if they lose weight too fast and too much stop their periods when they gain weight they return..It could be she will still gain some height and if she doesn't there are some lovely high heels out there it would be good to find out about her periods though.they say a way to figure it out is to take 61/2 inches from her Dad's height..that would make it 5'51/2 then average it out with her moms height..so at 5'1 she could pick up a couple of inches , the growth plates closed could indicate the end of growth .

There are no hard and fast rules, the rule is 14-18 for girls and 16-21 for boys it is also thought that it slows for girls when they start their periods..its also a genetic thing ..What is her weight like has she lost any weight in the last year ?
