Low grade fever for 4 weeks

My 5 yr old daughter has had a low grade temp of 99-100 for 4 weeks.  She has swollen glands off an on in her neck, has been tired and always complains her tummy hurts.  The dr. did a cbc, cmp, tsh and ebv.  Everything came back normal except: rbc 5.05, hemoglobin 14.5, hematocrit 41.8, creatinine .76, a/g ratio 2.6 and the ebv showed old mono they said probably about 6 months ago.   The doc considered all these ok but the lab report flagged them.  Any suggestions on what this could be and what else I can suggest to the doc?
