Mucus in stool

I have 5 and a half month daughter who is always restless. A month before i got her stool test done and found mucus infection in her stool. I had given her homopethic medicine for a month but i think it has not properly gone as she is still restless, cries a lot and do not take adequate sleep. Her stool colour is bottle green which some people says that it is due to congestion. Her nose is always blocked and she sleeps just for half an hour in a day and 3-4 hours in night whereas people says that such a small child should sleep for at least 10 hours. Kindly advice
