My 5yr old has numerous fevers a week

I have a 5yr old daughter who has been ill with a cold, then a stomach flu, then another cold, then  all of that went away and the fevers stayed a couple more days. This all began around January 23rd the day after we came home from 10 days at Disney World.  She has had a fever like 5 days out of the week averaging around 101.5.  Another note of concern is that she is still not eating.  I can get maybe a piece of PB toast in her if I am lucky.  She will spike the fever usually around dinner time and then in the morning its gone and she seems ok.  When I talked to the Pediatrician they said there were many things going around and if she got worse to call them back.  Well then the fever goes away so I don't call and off to pre-school she goes, comes home usually tired.  Which is strange in itself because my child has never taken naps.  I thought we were finally in the clear since she has not had a fever since last Wednesday, but today.....no eating and a fever at dinner time again at 102.  I plan on calling the pediatrician tomorrow.  If anyone can tell me if they have experienced anything like this it would be greatly appreciated.  I am starting to worry.
