My child received 5 PCV vaccinations??????

Hello. I spent the evening filling out forms for Early Childhood Education Classes, and while filling out my son's immunization information, I noticed that he had recieved 5 of the PCV vaccine, instead of the required 2-4. It happened when the switch was made from PCV-7 to PCV-13. He had received 3 doses of 7, and 2 of the 13. I feel TERRIBLE that I lost track of something so important, but it's done and I can't change it. The 5th dose was given about 2 months ago, he obviously didn't show any side effects, but I am VERY upset.. Do I need to be concerned about future problems? What do I do? I know it's late to have noticed.. I am absolutely ashamed..but concerned beyond belief..

They do say do not have all the vaccinations done together, insist they are staggered.One good piece of news I heard recently was that they seem more certain than ever that vaccinations do not cause Autism if this was your concern, google for info about this to make you feel better .
