My daughter has been sick today..

My daughter is 6 years old and has been vomiting and diariah today, she hasn't had a fever but she told me her tummy hurt earlier and now she just woke up from sleeping at night saying her legs hurt really bad.. What is this and what kind of relief can I give her??

It could be a stomach upset , make sure she has plenty of liquids , to drink, very light food intake ,if any ..Ask the doctor if you can give her a pain killer to help
