My nine years old has myositis twice in six months. Please help.

YYK
My son experienced myositis twice in six months. Rapid flu test was negative. Strep throat positive. CK enzyme is high. They said it is viral myositis. I just want to know what kind of bug is bothering my son and how to prevent. Is possible bacterial myositis? If it is viral, why other kids don't have myositis?
Please help me out.
