My son needs help really bad (URGENTLY)

Good day
My two year old son has had a strong body odor under his arms since he was about 1. At first thought it would go away, but it hasn't. His smell gets worst especially if he plays a lot, i want to send him to school so bad but am afraid of what the teachers might say or worst if he gets harass by any of the kids, within an hour of his bath he smells again. He smells like a grown man. I am wondering what this smell could be. Please can i be helped, i need a remedy.
