Ovarian cyst in 8 month old infant...Help!

Hello, I have a 8 month old little girl. When she was about 5 months she was hospitalized with a UTI and diagnosed with Kidney Reflux Grade 4. She is now on antibotics daily to prevent another infection. Last week she had a followup ultrasound and they found a 7mm cyst on her right ovary. I haven't spoke with her DR about the findings yet because her appt isnt until Dec. Does any one have any similar stories, suggestions, or comments because I can't really find much on the internet except cysts are abnormal in a prepuberty girl. Also is 7 mm large for a cyst in an infant? I am assuming that it is but I am not sure.Thanks
