Paroximal Dystonia?

My daughter is 27 month old and she started makeing these wierd arm movements upon trying to go to sleep. I took a video on youtube to show you her arm movements.
She will do these movements for 20 mins to 2 hours before actually falling asleep. She doesnt do these when she's not trying to fal asleep. And if you interupt her while doing them she instanatly stops doing them. We catch her doing it on her baby monitor. she will do it over and over and over. and she's awake
