Paucity of White Matter Throughout the Entire Cerebrum

Our daughter is 11 years old and was born prematurely at gestational age 26 weeks and a birthweight of 1 pound 8 ounces.  She has recently been diagnosed with Disorder of Written Expression, ADHD-Combined Type, Dysfunction of Sensory Integration, and Non Verbal Learning Disability (NVLD).  An MRI was performed and the findings were as follows:  "There is relative paucity of white matter throughout the entire cerebrum, most prominent with the parietal, occipital, and temporal lobes.  There are prominent perivascular spaces in the parietal lobes, greater on the right."

Does science support drawing a connection between the neurological findings and the diagnoses/learning disorders listed above?  How should we proceed, medically, in terms of interventions?
