Pediatric Endocrinology Issue

My daughter is 23 months and 23 lbs. She has the following symptoms: not gaining weight, loosing weight periodically, tired a lot, thirsty, occasional concentrated/strong urine, frequent yeast diaper rashes, shaking-after naps especially(not tremors or seizure), poor appetite. She has asthma, allergies, a small VSD and tubes in her ears due to frequent ear infections. She sleeps a lot-she goes to bed at 730pm and gets up around 10am. She also takes a 2-3 hour nap. When her blood sugar is low you can tell by her behaviour. She gets incredibly cranky, and angry. She may be hypoglycemic, however, there may be something else wrong as well. She has recently had the following tests:
IGF-1: Normal
Fasting Glucose: 62-LOW
Insulin: 1.7-LOW
AM Cortisol: 1.33-LOW

Does anyone have any idea what these symptoms and test results could indicate? We have an appointment with a pediatric endocrinologist in June, but I would like to try to get some idea of what we may be facing.

In regards to sleeping a lot, sometimes this is related to a head (brain) injury.  If she has every fell and hit her head, nothing might not show up for a while. Although sometimes months or years later deficits can show up. This could be to the extreme but one possibility. If so, consider seeing a pediatric neurologist.

she maybe a diabtetic. when is the last time she had an echo? I know when before Chris had his heart surgery, he had what they called FAILURE TO THRIVE. meaning even on high calorie diet he was only gaining maybe 3 pounds at the most. (he was born at 8 pounds even and when he was 3 1/2 monnths old, he weighed just 11 pounds and was getting food through a tube feeding) and he also slept like 23 out 24 hours a day. He still has cardiac issues, still has a ASD, and at 5 1/2 years old he is the only one that takes daily naps (comparing him to his preschool mates) he takes 3 hour naps and is in bed by 8 and has to get up at 6 this is why I was wondering about the echo.maybe the ASD affecting her.
Ask your PCP if you feel she needs to have a high calorie diet to help her gain weight, which It doesn't sound like a bad weight. Chris is 5 1/2 and only weighs 38 pounds and was 8 pounds at birth. yet I know a little girl who was 2 in Sept and she must weigh 50 .
good luck and keep us posted
