My daughter had a rash a few days ago and today she complains of a headache, neck and back pain and nausea, should I be concerened?

it could be heat rash and/or heat exhaustion and/or heat poison.  keep her cool and hydrated, and indoors.  if it persists for more than a few days, get her into the DRs
