Penile adhesion / penile growth

My son underwent circumcision as an infant. We were ignorant at that time on the care required post the circumcision & later we noticed that his foreskin is strongly stuck to the glans (glands).   Over the years we took opinions from 3 different doctors/urologist as the size of his penis did not seem to grow with his age.  The doctors just advised us that as long as there is no complication or problems with urination it can be left as is & over time it would be ok. The last doctor opinion was taken when he was 7 years old.   My son is now 10 years old, perfectly normal development in height & weight but the size of his penis looks very small less than an inch & possibly the same as when he was a 2 year old !   We are now very concerned as to what should be done. Is the foreskin adhesion limiting the penis growth ?   Can you pls advise the kind of treatment we need to seek.

I advise that you have a doctor examine his genitals thoroughly as soon as possible. You should also do so yourself at least once a week to ensure an infection does not develop. Ensure your son washes his penis properly everyday and let him sleep without boxers. An abnormally small penis is easily prone to infection.
