Precocious Puberty

My daughter started showing symptoms of early puberty when she was 4 year old. It started with adult body odor. Then year later I saw few thick coarse hair in her arm pit and pubic area. My pediatrician he will wait for 6 more months. Then when she was 6 we did her hand x-ray and her bone age for 8year 10months. We were referred to a endocrinologist. We did stimulation and other blood work to check hormone levels. Everything came normal. They repeated all these tests again after 6 months. All came back normal except her bone age. It was 10 years now and her actual age is 7. They also did ultra sound  and it was also normal.
My daughter symptoms are increasing everyday. Now she has little bit of breast. Doctor rated her breast development is little more than 2 and it this continues she might start her cycle in 2 years
I am so frustrated as a parent. Doctor doesn't have any answer because all tests are coming normal except her bone age.
Rather than her adult height I am more worried about her cycle. She is still a small girl and I don't think she is mentally prepared to have cycles at this small age.
What else I can do?
