Precocious Puberty

My daughter just turned 10 last week and is in Stage IV puberty. She has not menstruated yet but it can happen any day. She is 4"7" and her bone age is 12.5 yrs. Her brain MRI is normal and she's had many bloodtests, which confirmed the stage IV. What do you recommend? Should we start her on Lupron 11.25 mg along with growth hormones? If so, for how long would you recommend? Is this safe? Are there any risks or any reason we shouldn't? If we don't do anything, what do you think her projected height would be? I (mother) am 5'5" and father is 5'9". Thank you for your help.
