Pustules on 2 1/2 yr. old's hand

Any ideas on what this may be? Poison Ivy? Chickenpox? Staph infection? We just noticed them this morning and they were already pus filled. There are about three to four more on his arm/wrist. No fever thus far. Doesn't seem to itch. No other symptoms noted.
