Question regarding Laceration and Dermabond

2 days ago I got a laceration in my forehead. I went to the hospital and they put two stitches INSIDE the laceration, and the outside was glued by Dermabond. Unfortunately, I'm very picky, and proceeded on to pick on the Dermabond, because I noticed I could peel off bit by bit. I peeled off a bit too much, and now there is a VERY SMALL, I'm talking 2x1 millimeter opening at the laceration...and if I sort of put pressure on the part where there IS a Dermabond, a little tiny amount of pus and blood come out..not alot though. Should I go to the hospital so they can do something about it or is that small opening nothing? Because I don't want my scar to be very disfigured.....

Laparscopy port wounds closed with dermabond.  Adverse reaction.  13 weeks later wounds are red damaged slightly weepy, unhealed!   At times have been itchy.  Now going back to surgeon to excise wounds to fresh tissue and stitched.  Scared that wounds will not heal.  Advice support needed.
