Recent onset of tremers

My 9 year old special needs son has recently started having resting tremors. Past MRI's have shown an under developed cerebellum and corpus collosum atrophy. The most recent MRI (from last week) shows a minut amount of cerebellar atrophy. Our pediatric neurologist does not seem to have any answers regarding the tremors. My son also has poor speech, low muscle tone, poor balance (although he recently learned to ride his bike), he falls daily. He does not register pain normally and has what we think is Ocular Fibrosis.
