Sinus Pain or More?

My 7 month old son has had cold like symptoms for about a month now.  He has a runny nose and cough.  When he sneezes mucus comes out of his nose. I took him to the Ped 2 weeks ago and she said that he was fine and it was just a residual cough from an earlier cold.  We went to FL. last week and the mucus seemed to clear up, but he still had a dry cough.  Since we've returned from our trip, the mucus and cough are back.  He isn't running a fever and he is eating fine.  Here is the part that is really concerning to me.  While in FL., my son seemed to roll is eyes.  I thought at the time, he was just extremely tired.  He has done that a total of about 4 times now.  Yesterday, he started shutting his eyes and squinting them frequently and fusses a bit after.  Then he is fine.  It's almost as if they hurt him.  Could this be sinus pain or something more?

Thanks for zero reponses!  When a question is posted, you would think the "doctors" would answer them in a timely manner.  So much for web help.....
