Son has random petechiae but otherwise normal. Should I worry?

My 10 y/o son has a small patch of what I think is petecheia on the back of one shoulder and front of another one. I wasn't too concerned because he told me he remembered our dog scratching him there. It went away after a day or two.
Two days later he has a new patch on his arm. This time he can't remember getting hurt or anything.
He is totally normal otherwise. Runs around and plays like crazy, no abnormal bleeding, no pale Ness.
I have SEVERE anxiety and all urgent cares are closed for a holiday and I'm freaking out after googling it and seeing leukemia everywhere!
Anyone have any experience with this?
