Stool disorders & Abdominal Pain

Hi Dear Dr
I am maqbool (i am male Nurse but now i am pastor) from pakistan my son he is 3 years old, three month ago he gt dirrohea i was thinking its seasonal we treat simply with rehydration and metronidazole.he littel bit  cure ,one week he was ok stool was normal agian he got dierrohea, we consult dr she advice zinc sulphate and metro for one week we given that in between that he got malaria  we given him anti malaria treatment  and during this time we terminate metro and zincsulphate, agian he got dierrohea Dr advice repeat zinc and metro for 10 days and 7 days, we complete this course, he cure but he got constipation when he got constipation , he did not pass stoll 48 hours agian we worry about stool , but thanks God he passed stool but it was very hard and he passed with very difficultly. again after this he didnot pass stool for 48 hours , when he pass stool after 48 hours it was very hard and like bolls ther was fresh blood stian, i sent stool for stool detial routien ckeck. in this reporet blood is trace and cysts EH seen rest of all normal.
after that last constipated stool he is passing ribon like stool and after half hour or some time 15 minute he is complaining feeling stool coming he sit on seat to pass stool he is passing but first time its qunatity ok when he feel after 15 minute or 20 minute he is just passing littel and its like ribon.
dear DR please give openion we have only one son after 14 years no more children wife have some gynee problem.
