My daughter has the strong underarm odor and as of the past couple of months she has starting growing hair.  SHE IS 5 years OLD!  We are testing and all were normal except her bone age shows 7/12 to 8 years old. Is this normal puberty starting if all blood testing was normal>

Sounds like precocious puberty. It can be brought on by excess body weight or even shampoos. See a doctor to get to the bottom of what is causing it.  Find another doctor if the one you are working with dismisses the problem. It is important she not go through puberty too soon for her bone health.
