Tracheobronchialmalacia/erratic heart rate

Dear Doctor

My 4 year old has tracheobronchial malacia, which is improving with age. - (just had another bronchoscopy to re-assess) -  but over last 18 months she has suffered with severe fatigue (sleeping 2 - 2.5hrs every lunch and 11.5  hours at night) and episodes of rapid heart beats and occasional accompaning sweats. GOSH have fully investigated her heart and found no structural abnormality, but it is now questioned whether it could be endocrine or Autonomic in origin. Recent overnight oximetry studies have shown a variation of 84% - 100%(never lasting >3mins in the ranges <92) heart  rate ranging from 59 - 140. Just as an outside objective viewpoint have you any further advice? Are these ranges within normal?
We would really appreciate any thoughts you may have. GOSH have been fantastic, and we are due review on friday but a second opinion is always welcome.

With Kind Regards

Sarah (mother)
