Tummy ache and blue poo

My son's poo is blue and now he is complaining of a come and go tummy ache. Sometimes he cries but then its over and he's ok. He's not eating well in the last few days either. Should I go to the ER?

Blue is unusual , has he a fever ? what has he eaten recently , doe she chew on anything blue , like plasticine,play doe ?

Go to his regular pediatrician.

Did he have anything like yogurt that was colored?  It doesn't even have to be blue.  But when my kids eat certain things, they get the blue poo.  Frosting from a birthday cake is another that turns it blue.  

But from what you describe, I'd call his pediatrician.  Most likely not serious just due to blue poo.  We've had that numerous occasions.  But the tummy ache and not being hungry for days, he may have a virus of some sort.  So, make that call.  good luck
