UBO's on MRI Result

Hi! my daughter was diagnosed to have infantile spasms. She's now 3yo and had an MRI for her. The results indicated that a small T2WI hyperintensities are seen in the fronto-parietal subcortices.... Unremarkable MRI examination of the brain except for UBO's in fronto-parietal subcortices. She still have seizures everyday that's why im so concerned and worried about this result. We've tried different types of anti convulsant and even ketogenic diet but to no avail. I just want to know if these UBO's are causing her seizures and if these need to be removed. thank you so much!
