Just persevere with finger foods and lessen the milk it is feeding him ...all drinks fill up...try pasta shapes, put the PB onto toast or bread, crackers, and let him get on with it ...good luck

You say you spend time trying to get him to eat, there may lie the problem , he is on finger foods, so put the food down and let him get on with it, too much pressure to eat, its putting him off in my opinion, yoghort is good, beans , cheese, fingers of toast spread with a meat spread or peanut butter if hes not allergic, pasta, most fruits , banana..put it onto the plate put it in front of him then let him at it, no words no encouragements. Do you give him milk sometimes parents over do the milk and the children are not hungry for real' food .Dont spens an hour trying to get him to eat, use that time playing games with them both .
