VeloCardioFacial Syndrome (22q11DS)

My 14 year old daughter has VeloCardioFacial Syndrome or 22q11DS and her last 3 bloods showed a huge IgE levels.

Her first test came in at 5230, then 3 months later it came in at 5560, now 4 months later it is 5262. Her Pediatrician isn't concerned as she is showing no "clinical" signs of allergy, but it is still alarming to me as it should only be at 120.

Can anyone suggest anything else? or should we just keep checking the blood every 3/6 months but never doing anything about it.

thanks
