Vomitting and aneamia

Hi, Our son was recently diagnosed with anaemia and the Paed thinks it's diet related as in not what we feed him but how much he is getting in (he recently was diagnosed with autism therefore has food issues) . We thought we had a lot of it sorted out but he is now vomitting gain. Any advice? Obviously I will take him to the Paed if this is more than just a once off.

I was looking this up and you are right  children with Autism do have food related issues .,there may be some parents on the Autism forum who have similar problems with their child ..
