What is rolling eye?

what exactly is "rolling eye"? My 8 year old was diagnosed with this, and needs to go see a pediatric eye doctor. However, it was not really described to me, and I would like to know more. Thank you.

Sounds like a transient tic and will go away in about 2-3 months , good to have it checked out though .
