What is this worm looking spot on the side of my foot ?
I went camping a week ago, two days or so after my trip I noticed a red spot on the side of my foot. It almost looks like a little worm. A week after it is still in the same location, and it has gotten a bit more red. It is also very itchy around the area. I haven't experience any other symptoms. I tried cortisone cream and didn't seem to help. What can this be ?
