bed wetting

my son is 11 Yrs old and is the eldest child of 5, he has always had a problem with this ive tried every thing alarm bells, medication, and just leaving him to his own, waking him up doesnt help and he just doesnt seem to care that he does this. He wears pull  ups to bed and still leaks through every night meaning i have to change his bed every day. Can you suggest something?its soo frustrating everyone says just leave him he will become dry in his own time!

i don't know if this will help you but my son wet the bed until he was 6yrs. like you i tried everything and the only thing that ever help me was i wouldn't let him have anything to drink except for a sip of water after 8pm and i would make him go to the restroom before he went to bed. his doctor told me that a lot of time kids just get lazy and won't get up so i decided i would do like a rewards chart for everytime he didn't wet the bed i would allow him to have one accident a week but if he had more i made him start all over with his rewards chart. however i know he was younger but maybe you could find some creative way to help. what i did may sound awful to some but it took me about three weeks for him to get it down pat and he hasn't had an accident for a  year and a half now. good luck
