bone advancement in my 16mo old daughter

My 16month old daughter had a xray done and dr says she has bone growth advancement! What does this mean ? Is it serious? She is a twin if that matters.

Did he not explain anything to you, it would be a good idea to speak to him again for more information, you may get some info from  answers.com   skeletal development .Good luck
