excessive bloating

Hi please help me I am despately trying to figure out why my baby bloats so much
After he takes milk both formulae and breastfeeding
He is only 10 weeks and suffering so so much. This has affected his appetite greatly
yesterday he spotted  little blood in his urine

Kindly help my babysitting

Talk to his parents and see if they can take him to the doctor.  Maybe he need to switch to a dairy free formula.

thanks i took him to Dr he had traces of white blood cell in his urine. and the scan showed a very gassy baby.
he was given antibiotic doc thinks he had UTI. i have changed his formular he is on aptamil and this seems ok. though his appetite is  low  but he is ok.
