facial skin

my daughter is 3 years old and seem to get white blotches on her face.  she gets a multivitamin daily.  Would that cause a problem.  She has a problem when she eat too much citrus acid, such as oranges, or juices.  Is this related?  How can I solve this problem?

My son who is five has the same white blotches on his face. He takes a flinstone vitamin everyday. However he is not sensitive to citrus. I on the other hand am sensitive to citrus and don't have the blotches.

Hmmm?
