fluid in pelvic

by sewweird, May 24, 2009 01:50PM
We spent 12 hours in the ER Friday with our 10 year old daughter. She has sever pain in her abdomen. No fever, no vomiting, no diarrea (diarrhea). Soft belly, blood work normal. She had a X-ray, ultrasound, and CT-Scan. Her pain was at a 10 and was given morefien to contral pain. After 8 hours of wrenching pain the pain started to deminish. Specialiest were called in and all they could find was some fluid in the pelvic cavity. She is 10 but devolopmently she is 8, 46 pounds and 49 inches tall. She has no signs of puberty. I went home with no answers. I have found some information about children with pain and minimal fluid in the pelvic but no reason why.  She also had no tramma in that area. Any possibilites?
