green stool

my child 3 months breast fed only ,his stool pattern changed 1 month ago ,it was yellow,but now become green most of the times ,vinegar like odour , sticky,and sometimes contains mucous,is this normal , or not ?

My Granddaughter who is two and a half years old is passig dark green stools.  She complained of a sore tummy 3 days prior to this  Is this related? and what causes the colour of the stool, should my daughter speak to her GP?

i never breast feed my son, but the only time he had green, dark green or black stool was when he had 2 hernias. He was about 1 month when we found the first one...and right after his surgery he was almost 2 months when we found the 2nd one. have you seen any dark green or almost black stool?
