intercusseption

my daughter was diagnosed with a intercusseption back in june she had to have some of the bowel removed and ever since she has had the intercusseption she has had problems with her bowel there very loose she is emptying them up to 10 times a day she is now also lactose and milk intolerant she cry's in pain with her belly ache she also suffers from reflux and they scanned her about 2 months ago and found she has a enlarged spleen i am trying to find answers as to why she is still having problems 7 months down the line i would be grateful if someone could give me some advise

I'm glad to hear they are following up on this. My daughter just underwent a colonoscopy with biopsies last week. We are currently waiting on the biopsy results.

We had a difficult time with the cleanout, but I'll save you the details. Many many children have this done with no problems. Answers are important. Good luck. Hugs.

they are sending her to have a biopsy on her bowels cos we just recently seen a gastroenterologist surgeon he think the biopsy will discover what the problem is and thank u i will look it up

Sounds like she is dumping. Google dumping syndrome. It can happen following GI surgery. If you read the symptoms and suspect this to be the case, you should follow up with her pediatric gastroenterologist and/or surgeon. Good luck!
