less height

my son in 4 yr 10 months.. he has reached only a height of 100 cm till now.. i have checked the indian growth chart which shows that average height for a 4 yr old is 102 cm and that of 5 yr old boy is 108.5 cm. it appears the height of my son is increasing but at a very slow pace... As for me, I m 167 cm and my wife is 154 cm tall. ..
Actually I can remember that i was sort of late bloomer and gained max of my height only after puberty ... i dont remember my height at the age of 4 or 5 but can remember i was one of the shortest in my class almost always ( not the shortest ever... just 1/ 2 people shorter that me)...
i m really worried about my child's height.. should i visit a doctor.. or should i put him on medication ??
