lumps behind the head of my 1 year old

my one year old has developed a lump behind her ear more to the base of her head. my husband and I are very concerned about it.... more him than me because I remember with my 4 year old daughter she had a similar lump behind her head its just that hers went away more quickly than her sisters. So we are wondering if we should be overly worried about it or not?

Are you sure its not a lymph node if you are concerned maybe get it checked out, does it hurt her when touched ?
