mild pelvocaliectasis
Hi my son is 2 years and 3 months old. He was diagnosed with mild pelvocaliectasis on the L kindney.  Voiding cystogram was  performed with no evidence of vesico-ureteral reflux, however on diuretic renography, post-void imaging shows incomplete bladder emptying with almost complete clearance of L upper tract stasis.  And on pedia IVP it showed mild pelvocaliectasia on the L secondary to uretero-pelvic junction stenosis.   Please tell  me what to do about this, is there any cure to this.
