My grandson developed a rash behind both knees and now on his belly, their red with pus in them and they hurt, we've tried different creams and they don't seem to work. Yesterday I was playing with him and then that night I woke up with this pain on my ring finger, It was red with pus and painful. I popped the pus out, cleaned it and put neosporin and a bandage on it. I took the bandage off tonight and it looks a little worse and is still painful. Can anyone help.
